Minik Bidstrup, born in Upernavik, Greenland (1990).

As a freelance photographer, Minik works in the fields of conceptual documentary photography and photojournalism with focus on social justice, post colonial identity and conservation photography. 

Minik is a graduate from the Danish School of Art Photography, Fatamorgana (2017) and from the Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism program at the International Center of Photography in New York (2020).
